Shipping policy

Home Theory currently delivers to addresses within Australia. Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Standard shipping: AUD $11. Free standard shipping is available on orders of AUD $100 or more. The current estimated delivery window is 3–5 business days.
Express shipping: AUD $15. The current estimated delivery window is 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Regional and remote locations, peak periods, severe weather and carrier disruptions may require additional time.
Order processing
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
Order changes and address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address or order detail needs to be changed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.
Delivery and tracking
Carrier tracking may take time to update after dispatch. If tracking shows a delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, please check around the delivery location and with other household members before contacting us.
Delays, loss or damage in transit
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If an order appears significantly delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@hometheory.com.au with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused deliveries and uncollected parcels may incur additional delivery costs if reshipment is requested.
International shipping
International shipping is not currently available through the Home Theory online store. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations, costs, duties and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.
